Mulhim Lab terms
Plans, payments, cancellation and refunds
These terms cover the paid plans of Mulhim Lab, the online tools for architecture students on mulhimdesign.com, run by Shahrul Mulhim in Malaysia. By buying a plan you agree to them.
Plans

Apart from the 7 day trial above, which needs a card, Mulhim Lab has no free plan. Every plan gives access to the full Site Analysis tool (map analysis, 2D and 3D views, observations and SWOT), the PDF report in A4 and A3 with the 3D summary and exploded site layers, and new Studio Calc as they are released. Prices may change; a change never affects a plan you have already paid for, and a monthly price change is announced by email at least 14 days before it applies.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. The free trial and the 1 month plan are paid by card; the 6 month and 1 year passes can be paid by card or FPX online banking. MulhimDesign never sees or stores your card or bank details.
Cancelling the trial or a monthly plan
- Cancel at any time from the tool: your account menu > Manage subscription.
- Cancel during the free trial and you are not charged at all; you keep access until the 7 days end.
- After the trial, you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. You are not charged again.
- If a renewal payment fails, access continues for 3 days while the card is retried.
Refunds
- If you were charged by mistake or twice, email us and the charge is refunded in full.
- For a new 6 month, 1 year or Group pass, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying if you have not downloaded a PDF report with it.
- If you forgot to cancel the trial and were charged RM12.90 for the first month, email us within 7 days of the charge and, if you have not downloaded a PDF report, it is refunded in full.
- Monthly payments are not refunded for part of a month, but you can cancel so the next month is not charged.
- Refunds go back to the card or bank account used, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days.
Group passes
The student who buys a Group pass receives a code to share with up to 5 other students. Each student signs in with their own account and enters the code. The pass ends for everyone on the same date.
Fair use
A plan is for the students who hold it. Sharing one account between many people, or copying the tools' code, can lead to the account being closed without a refund. Results come from open map and climate data and are for early design studies; confirm them on site and with the authorities before any submission.
